HDGregory LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company providing software API services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you access our Services at hdgregory.com and associated API endpoints.

Account and payment information: When you purchase access to our Services, we collect information necessary to process your payment, including email address, billing information, and wallet addresses for cryptocurrency payments. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

API usage data: We log API requests including timestamps, endpoints called, license key identifiers, IP addresses, request volume, and response metadata. We do not log the content of data you submit to or receive from our APIs beyond what is necessary for billing and abuse prevention.

Technical data: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser or agent user-agent strings, and HTTP request metadata when you access our website or APIs.

To provision, manage, and bill for your access to our Services
To enforce license terms, rate limits, and quotas associated with your license key

4. Machine-to-Machine Payments

If you use our Services via the x402 payment protocol, we collect the blockchain wallet address used to make payment, transaction identifiers, and on-chain payment confirmation data. This information is necessary to verify payment and issue access credentials. Blockchain transactions are inherently public and immutable.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Stripe: For payment processing and fraud prevention
Supabase: For database services supporting license key management and usage tracking
Cloudflare: For content delivery, DDoS protection, and tunnel services
Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain API usage logs for up to 12 months for billing reconciliation and abuse detection. License key records are retained for the duration of your license plus 3 years for legal and tax compliance. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls on our infrastructure, and license key validation at the network edge. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Texas Privacy Rights

As a Texas business subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data we hold about you. 9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
