Refund & Return Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

HDGregory LLC provides access to hosted software APIs classified under NAICS 511210 (Software Publishers). Our Services are digital in nature — once access is granted and API calls are consumed, the service has been delivered. There are no physical goods, downloads, or tangible items associated with any purchase.

2. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases of API access, license keys, and subscription plans are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly described in this policy. This applies to:

• Per-call API purchases made via credit card or x402 stablecoin payments
• Monthly or annual subscription fees, including partial months
• License key purchases
• Any consumed API calls or workflow executions

3. Cryptocurrency and Stablecoin Payments

Payments made via the x402 protocol using USDC or other stablecoins are settled on-chain and are non-refundable once confirmed. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. By initiating a stablecoin payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition. In the event of a verified service failure on our part, we will issue an equivalent credit to your account rather than a blockchain reversal.

4. Service Outage Credits

If our Services experience a verified outage or failure that prevents you from using purchased API calls, we will issue account credits equal to the value of the affected calls. To request a credit:

• Contact us at info@hdgregory.com within 14 days of the incident
• Include your license key, the affected endpoint, approximate time of the issue, and a description of the failure
• We will review and respond within 5 business days

5. Discretionary Refund Requests

We will review refund requests made within 7 days of initial purchase where no API calls have been consumed. To request a refund, email info@hdgregory.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to decline any refund request at our discretion.

6. Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund without question if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
• You were charged for a Service that was not delivered due to an error on our part
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge amount

7. License Termination for Violations

If your license is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription or pre-purchased API calls.

8. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. After cancellation, your license key will remain active until the end of the paid period.
